The starting cutting data, the diagnostic tables and the advice in the technical section are a guide for setting up, not a guaranteed result. The actual parameters depend on the machine, the setup, the condition of the workpiece and the rigidity of the system. The decision on cutting data — and the responsibility for it — stays with the engineer running the operation.
Prices, lead times and stock levels are not published on the site. They are supplied in reply to an enquiry and are current as of the day of the reply.
The KARASAWA name, the tool photographs, and the texts and tables on this site belong to the owner of the brand. Printing a page or saving a table for use in your own workshop is free; republishing elsewhere requires attribution to the source.
The range and the design of the tooling may change. If a specification changes, it becomes a new item with a new designation — never a silent replacement of the previous one.
